Return Shipping:

15-Day Returns:

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unmarked, and in its original BRUCEGAO online store packaging. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.

Important Information on Returns:

When returning footwear, please be aware that items may not be eligible for return if the top has been creased or the bottom has been scuffed. To prevent creasing when trying on a new shoe, avoid fully flexing the foot. To prevent scuffing the bottom, always try on shoes on a carpeted surface.
